The 2016 edition of the annual Swanepoel POWER 200 (SP200), which ranks the most power people in residential real estate, was released this week. EXIT Realty’s Founder and Chairman, Steve Morris and CEO, Tami Bonnell, were named among the industry’s movers and shakers.
Bonnell was ranked #9 among Women Leaders. According to Stefan Swanepoel, editor-in-chief of the SP200 list, “Only 20 percent of the top positions at the highest levels of real estate power are held by women. In general, women are slowly climbing higher into the leading powerful positions with two women now ranked in the Top 20 (one up from last year), 18 ranked in the top 100 (up from 14 last year), and 41 in the top 200, (up 14 percent from last year). “When analyzing two of the other lists that reflect a younger and innovative generation – the SP200 Trendsetters and SP200 Social Influencers list – the women represent an even higher 27.5 percent,” he added.
Among the list’s Power200, Steve Morris was ranked #35 and Tami Bonnell #55 and among Corporate Executives, Steve Morris was ranked #16 and Tami Bonnell #19.
