As one of the Co-Founders of Operation Santa Cause Inc, Jeanne Scholl, Broker/Owner of EXIT Inspired Real Estate in Middleburg, FL, has been helping provide toys since 2013 to her Local Florida National Guard and Gold Star children.
“These families give up so much of their family time so their soldiers can provide for us during war time, hurricanes, and so much more. Many times, these families struggle financially, and we wanted to give back to the community by providing a little bit of joy, lots of smiles, and purchasing items on their wish lists to alleviate the stresses of the holidays,” Jeanne said.
At the Ride with Santa funds were raised by vendor booths, sponsorships, sale of patriotic items, ride participant fees, drawings, and auctions. The funds will go towards fulfilling wish lists for roughly 350 children.
A portion of every transaction fee received by EXIT Realty Corp. International is applied to its charitable fund. Through the Spirit of EXIT Dollar-for-Dollar Matching Program, EXIT offices and associates can raise money for local, approved, registered charities and apply to EXIT’s head office to have those funds matched from the company’s pool of funds. Jeanne and her team raised $3,620, which EXIT’s head office was proud to match, for a total donation of $7,240 to Operation Santa Cause Inc.
