Tami Bonnell, Co-Chair (40) and Craig Witt, CEO-USA (152) were ranked in the the 2023 Swanepoel Power 200 report recognizing “the most powerful and influential executives in the residential real estate brokerage industry.”
This is Bonnell’s third consecutive year ranked in the top 50 and she has been included in the top 100 every year since the inception of the SP200 in 2014. She was also ranked among the top 10 Women Executives which “acknowledges women leaders who hold the most power in the residential real estate brokerage industry.”

Created and published by real estate consulting firm T3 Sixty, the ranking reflects eight distinct criteria used to evaluate the executives, including achievements over the past 12 – 18 months, size and reach of the companies they lead and overall influence within the industry.
