EXIT Cape Realty Gives Back with Vendor & Food Truck Fair

The 2025 EXIT Gives Back Charity Vendor and Food Truck Fair was quite a success, bringing together agents, local businesses, and community members for a day filled with generosity and fun.

From the moment the gates opened, the fairgrounds buzzed with excitement. Over 30 local vendors and 3 food trucks took part in the festivities, offering everything from handcrafted goods and delicious eats to family-friendly activities and raffles. Guests also enjoyed the chance to win more than 70 incredible raffle prizes, generously donated by local businesses and supporters. The day included a heartfelt Veterans Tribute Ceremony, honoring the brave men and women who have served.

It took place on Sunday, October 19th, and raised essential funds and awareness for the Cape Cod and Islands Veterans Outreach Center. Another annual event for veterans was held two days prior and EXIT Cape Realty was able to attend that as well to provide housing information and promote the vendor & food truck fair.

Thanks to the overwhelming support they raised $5,998 in monetary donations with further donations of socks and toiletries with every contribution going directly toward supporting local veterans in need, providing meals, housing assistance, counseling, and essential services. EXIT Realty Corp. International donated an additional $2,000, for a total donation of $7,998 to Cape Cod and Islands Veterans Outreach Center.

“This event is a powerful reminder of what the community stands for: coming together, giving generously, and making a lasting difference for our local veterans. It’s a great honor to be part of such a meaningful cause,” Dave Harris, Broker/Owner of EXIT Cape Realty said.

A portion of every transaction fee received by EXIT Realty Corp. International is applied to its charitable fund. Through the Spirit of EXIT Charitable Program, EXIT offices and associates can raise money for local, approved, registered charities and apply to EXIT Realty Corp. International to have those funds matched from the company’s pool of funds.
