I started with an idea. The Spirit of EXIT Charitable Program provided the fuel. EXIT Realty Harper Carlton Group and our community brought the heart that turned it into real impact for Special Olympics Arkansas.
I set a goal to raise $3,000, and my brokerage, EXIT Realty Harper Carlton Group, gladly backed me and jumped in (figuratively and literally) to help me reach the goal. I built our outreach around both the mission of Special Olympics Arkansas and the added impact of the Spirit of EXIT Charitable Program match.
Through a steady push of social media posts, emails, and direct messages, I kept the message simple: every donation mattered and the match meant those dollars could go even further.
A major driver of momentum was our Associate Broker, Deanna Crook, who helped rally participation by offering herself up as a Polar Plunge participant if we reached the $3,000 goal. That fun, bold challenge gave people a clear reason to jump in, share, and donate.
Thanks to the combined effort of our brokerage and community, we came together and raised the $3,000 goal within a few weeks. I’m genuinely grateful for the Spirit of EXIT Charitable Program and the way the match helped amplify what our donors gave, supporting Special Olympics Arkansas athletes and the incredible work the organization does across the state.
A portion of every transaction fee received by EXIT Realty Corp. International is applied to its charitable fund. Through the Spirit of EXIT Charitable Program, EXIT offices and associates can raise money for local, approved, registered charities and apply to EXIT’s head office to have those funds matched from the company’s pool of funds. Brandi and her team were able to meet their goal of $3,000, which EXIT Realty Corp. International was proud to match, for a total donation of $6,000 to Special Olympics Arkansas.
