Nita Basham, Administrator and CFO of EXIT Realty Crutcher with offices in Lawrenceburg, Louisville and Frankfort, Kentucky, was named Administrator of the Year at the EXIT Realty Corp. International Annual Convention held at the Gaylord Texan Resort Hotel and Convention Center near Dallas, Texas. On hand to present the award were EXIT Realty Corp. International’s Founder & Chairman, Steve Morris, CEO, Tami Bonnell and Franchise Support Manager, Derek Stephenson.
Basham has played an instrumental role in opening the three offices of EXIT Realty Crutcher. “Nita has a servant heart and is always giving back. She understands that our agents are the assets of our organization and when one of them has a question or needs help, Nita is ready to assist or teach them how to do the job,” said Cindy Crutcher, Broker/Owner. “She guides, supports and assists others so that they can achieve their goals. When they succeed, she has succeeded.”
EXIT Realty Corp. International believes that the administration staff is the cornerstone of an efficient real estate office and while these individuals are employees of their respective brokerages, the corporation has an active role in their training, support and recognition. A portion of every transaction fee received by EXIT Realty Corp. International is applied to its Administrative Bonus Fund. Every year, the company pays a special bonus to the administration staff in its brokerages across North America in proportion to the sales volume generated in their offices. To-date EXIT Realty Corp. International has paid out Administrative Bonuses of more than $3.42 million in the US and Canada.
