The Swanepoel Power 200 (SP200) is an annual ranking of the top 200 most powerful and influential leaders in the residential real estate brokerage industry. Once again, the SP200 has named both EXIT Realty Corp. International Founder and Chairman, Steve Morris, and CEO, Tami Bonnell, listed at #46 and #56 respectively. Among the SP200 Women Leaders, identifying the most powerful women executives, Bonnell ranked #9. These rankings are based on eight different criteria – assessing leadership from every meaningful angle.
In determining the list for 2019, editor-in-chief, Stefan Swanepoel, says, “We agree that popularity does not have a big role in the process of assessing power; neither do relationships we may have, or advertising. It is much more than that. We also agree that power and influence is not based simply on a handful of stats or quantitative data, it includes something significantly more elusive.”
