Real Estate Industry a Hotbed for Entrepreneurs

Developing Your Inner EntrepreneurYou know you want to. You can feel that itch, that need for something more, something of your very own.  Many people consider taking more control of their career path but don’t know where to start; you simply know there is something more than the humdrum work-a-day world.

You’ve accomplished the first step by recognizing the spark.  The next step is to navigate through the maze of possibilities.  Thousands of entrepreneurial-minded men and women find the right fit in a career as a real estate salesperson or brokerage owner.

In an October, 2014 release to the media, National Association of REALTORS® President, Steve Brown, stated, “The real estate industry is competitive and REALTORS know that to be successful they must have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and the know-how to make a business thrive.  Despite continued challenges, real estate firms expect market growth in tandem with the ongoing recovery.”  The news release goes on to say that forty-five percent of firms reported they are currently recruiting sales agents, with eighty-seven percent of those firms reporting business growth as their primary reason for recruiting.

Industry veteran EXIT Realty Corp. International CEO, Tami Bonnell, will be addressing the business community at large and the real estate community specifically over the next couple of weeks on the topics of leadership, entrepreneurship and business growth and development.

Bonnell will address the attendees at the 2014 Inaugural Conference of the National Association of Women in Real Estate being held this week in Long Beach, California.  “I will be offering tips on helping entrepreneurs to find their passion and then identify opportunities therein keeping in mind local demographics and niches,” she says.

Wednesday, November 5th, Bonnell will be addressing members of the business community at large on an open, public webinar entitled, “Developing Your Inner Entrepreneur” where she will teach how to recognize and develop the entrepreneurial spark within then prepare for the next steps to turn dreams into reality.  Those interested can register for either the 4:00pm ET or 7:00pm ET session at www.exitrealty.com/entrepreneur.

November 8th, Bonnell will be in New Orleans speaking to the Women’s Council of REALTORS on leadership and later that day to the attendees at the National Association of REALTORS Annual Conference and Expo on the topic of “42 Days and 42 Ways to Prosper” on ways to build a strong network that works, adding memorable value to the community and building stronger relationships.
