Multi-award-winner, Gwen Kosel, has been striving for real estate balance for 16 years. She joined EXIT Realty Dubuque in the fall of 2014, and just two short years later, Gwen earned the prestigious Platinum Award for closing 100 ends during the production year.
Gwen was married to her best friend for 25 years. She lived the perfect real estate life until one day she didn’t. After experiencing a shocking upheaval, Gwen set about rebuilding a new and authentic life with the support of her EXIT Family, her sense of humor, and indomitable spirit.
Elias Thomas III, Broker/Owner EXIT Key Real Estate, ME
As a child, Elias Thomas encountered the devastating effects of polio when both his best friend and caregiver contracted the disease. When Rotary International took on the ambitious goal in the 1980s of eradicating polio from the face of the earth, Elias knew he wanted to help. Since 2001, he has led teams of Rotarians and Friends of Rotary from around the world to India for the purpose of immunizing children against polio and enhancing lives through various projects. In 2014, India was declared and certified polio-free.
Elias has been the Broker/Owner of EXIT Key Real Estate in Shapleigh, Maine since 2010. In 2018, he received the National Association of REALTORS® Good Neighbor Award in recognition of his many years of selfless, dedicated volunteer work.
EXIT Realty’s 2019 Annual Convention will be held at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville, Tennessee, from October 22nd to 25th. EXIT Realty Associates can register through the Resource Center.
